Voice SMS allows you to submit a text message and have it sent as a voice call, to a landline or mobile phone. We use market leading transcription software to convert the SMS into a voice message so that it is clear and understandable to the recipient.

SMS to voice - ideal for mission critical messages

As the message is sent out as a voice call our system will send the message until it’s answered, so if the line is busy, unavailable or unanswered the call will be retried up to 10 times. This intelligent retry strategy makes SMS to voice ideal for messages that are timely and critical.

Our system will also give you the status of each Voice SMS, so you’ll know if it was been answered or not.

There is no extra charge for sending a Voice SMS. They are simply charged as though they were a normal text message.
