Use your Goldmine software to send SMS

You can already build upon your existing client relationships with Goldmine’s CRM software, via emails, and now SMS, sent directly from your system, instantly.

Update stored Goldmine contacts to send SMS

To start, you will need to take a minute to set up a free Echo for Email account

Once set up, your contacts within the Goldmine CRM can be edited as you see fit. You will need to add a new email address for each contact you plan to send a message to. This should be done in the following format:

[email protected] e.g. [email protected]

Send instant SMS messages

Next you should follow the standard procedure to send an email to your Goldmine contacts. The only change needed to be made would be to select the secondary email address added through the method above.  

Now you’re done, using Goldmine for instant communications – really it’s that simple. You have successfully integrated with Echo for Email and are able to send SMS messages in minutes with Goldmine.

Receive SMS replies through Goldmine

You will need to create a two-way account in order to receive SMS messages with Goldmine. This will ensure responses to your SMS  are received straight back into your email account via Goldmine and are displayed in the same way as standard emails.

But that’s not all, we also offer more customisation options for Echo for Email, including:

• customisable signature stripping
• all replies can be forwarded to a central email address
• additional security settings – IP whitelisting or SPF record and IP whitelisting
