Use Netsuite software to send SMS messages
Send instant business SMS messages to contacts with the use of Netsuite as an alternative of using emails. Configuration of the email feature comes without the need for developers and enables businesses to use SMS as a means of enhancing communication.
Update Netsuite contacts to send SMS
To start, you will need to take a minute to set up a free Echo for Email account.
After setup, edit your intended SMS contact(s) within the Netsuite account by adding a new email address. This should be done in the following format:
Send instant SMS messages
In order to send your contact(s) an SMS message follow the same steps as sending an email through Netsuite, with the exception of having to select the newly added email contact in the format above
Integrating with Echo for Email really is that simple, getting you sending SMS messages from Netsuite in no time.
Send & Receive SMS with Netsuite
You will need to create a two-way account in order to receive SMS messages with Netsuite. Once you do this, SMS replies will come straight back into your Netsuite account and be displayed as normal.
